Erica Andrews was the last winner of Miss International Queen, most relevant world newhalf contest. Some amazing rules. 1. Must born male, be a transvestites or transgender (pre and post-op, proof of natural gender may be requested in form of birth certificate or doctor's genetic verification) 2. Must be between 18 - 36 years old 3. All nationalities are welcome (The applicant can only represent the country of birth or the country listed on the passport.) 4. Dress requirements include: a) National costume b) Red swimming suite c) Evening gown d) Talent costume e) Off-White cocktail dress f) White shirt and White trouser (for day activities)
